Here is how you make Green Bean and Carrot Quick Curry:

Add Olive Oil to pan on Medium High. When Oil is heated, add Mustard or Cumin seeds and cook for about 30 seconds. Add onions and cook, stirring until onions become soft and slightly translucent. Add Carrots and cook additional 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add Curry paste and stir to combine and cook paste for 1 minute. Add Green beans and water.
