2 links of sausage (Kobalsa or something in the same area)


How Do I Make Green Bean Dinner?

Here is how you make Green Bean Dinner:

Place all of the vegetables in a stock pot. (do not cut up the beans, just cut off the ends and leave whole). Add water until it covers the vegetables and allow to simmer on the stove for approximately 3 hours. Add the ham and sausage 1 hour before you are serving. Place the meat on top of the vegetables. DO NOT stir. Serve in the stock pot with a large spoon.*You can make soup with the leftovers. Purree the vegetables to make the base and then add chopped meat.
