225 gm. grated old cheddar cheese
2 mdm eggs, beaten
250 ml skim milk
75 ml. water
dash or so of salt (use sea salt)
one stalk celery, minced
half onion, grated or minced (about 1/2 cup)
abt 1 tsp or so of chili powder
abt 1 tsp or so of celery seed
add other herbs if desired (e.g., cilantro)
*Note: brown rice could be substituted for the bread cubes
