1 TBS White Flour
1 (8oz can) Tomato Sauce
1/4 tsp Ground Garlic
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 (14.5oz can) French-style Green Beans, drained
2 Large, Fresh Eggs, slightly beaten
1 (12 oz carton)1% Milkfat Creamy, Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese


How Do I Make Green Bean Moussaka?

Here is how you make Green Bean Moussaka:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown hamburger and drain. In a small bowl, combine flour, garlic and cinnamon. Add to hamburger and stir till hamburger is well evenly coated. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Evenly spread drained green beans in a 10-inch pie dish. Spead meat mixture atop the green beans. Combine eggs and cottage cheese and spoon over the meat.
