Here is how you make Quinoa, Spinach and Black Bean One Pot Meal:

Rinse quinoa well using a fine sieve. Add quinoa and broth to large dutch oven. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add chiles, salsa, cumin, salt, carrots and beans. Mix well and heat through. Add spinach and mix well.
