Poke holes in sausages and place in a large nonstick skillet. Add 1/4 cup water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook sausages, turning until lightly browned and water has evaporated. Put beans, onion, garlic and tomatoes in crock pot. Add sausages and 2 cups chicken broth. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
