What Are The Ingredients For Geraine's Chuck Eye Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe?The ingredients for Geraine's Chuck Eye Green Bean Stir-Fry are: 1 lb Chuck Eye Steak (I used grilled from a previous dinner)1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 medium yellow onion diced 1 Cup fresh mushrooms 1 Cup Red Bell pepper cut in thin strips 2 Cups Italian Style Frozen Green Beans 3 Table Spoons Light Italian Salad Dressing 1 Cup Dry Instant Brown Rice (2 cups cooked) How Do I Make Geraine's Chuck Eye Green Bean Stir-Fry?Here is how you make Geraine's Chuck Eye Green Bean Stir-Fry: Cut Chuck Eye into strips and brown in Olive Oil in a Large Frying Pan or Wok (I use left over grilled steak from a previous meal and it saves the time of browning)Add diced onions, cut red bell peppers, cut mushrooms and 2 Tablespoons Light Italian Salad Dressing, saute for 2 or 3 minutes.Add the 2 cups Frozen Italian Style Green Beans Drizzle the remaining Tablespoon of Italian dressing into the pan.Toss all ingredients together, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until green beans are done.Cook rice according to the directions on the package for 4 servings (mines says 1 cup rice 2 cups water and a tablespoon of butter or margarine) makes 4 half cup servings.When everything is done, spoon rice onto plate, spoon stir-fry over rice, salt and pepper to taste.
