3/4c low sodium chicken broth
2T cornstarch
water to mix the corn starch

1. Roughly chop chard, rinse, and drain2. Dice onion3. In large skillet, spray with pam. Add onion, garlic, and ground bison. Cook until done4. Once cooked through, add tomatoes, chard, and chicken broth5. Simmer for about 10 mins with lid on, until stalks of chard are tender6. Mix cornstarch with roughly .25c of water to dissolve. Add to simmering mixture and bring to boil to thicken. Serving Size:?makes 4 servings (approx 1.5c)
