Rinse and drain beans. Set aside. Add oil to a medium sauce pan. Add Onions & peppers to hot oil. Season with salt & pepper. Saute over medium heat until translucent and lightly browned. Add oregano. Mix well. Add drained beans. Lightly mash about 1/3 of the beans. This will thicken the sauce. Pour in broth and cider. Simmer about 20 minutes until most of the liquid is gone.
