Fry bacon in medium sauce pan or skillet. Cook throughly. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat. Add beans and half of the juice. Cook until beans are cooked and juice has thicken and reduced (about 5 minutes) stirring frequently. Add corn and cook another 5 minutes. Plate and add shredded cheese.
