Beans, red kidney, 1 can (12 oz)
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)
Beans, pinto, 1.5 cup (sub'd for refried beans)
*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.75 cup
Corn Tortillas, 6 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
*Green Chili Peppers, small can
Any spices you want, I use onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, or even taco seasoning.

Here is how you make Trukey Enchilada Lasagna (Corn Torts, more veggies and Beans):

Brown Ground Beef, after browned add in enchilada sauce, tomato paste, kidney or black beans, corn, green chilies, (Not Refried or Pinto beans, save these). Spray the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan and put a small amount of the sauce mixture in the bottom, just enough to coat it. Then break apart the corn tortillias, I used 3 per layer, (if you need more than this please add it in on your calories.) Then take half of the refried beans or your smashed up pinto beans and spread that over the torts, then half of your sauce/meat mixture and half of the cheese. Do the same thing over again and then bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Let sit for about 5 mins after baking before you cut.Makes 12 Servings, approx 1 cup.
