Soak beans for at least 2 hours (overnight or all day is good).PREP TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SOAKING TIME! Rinse beans and put into a large Dutch oven. Cover with fresh water and bring to a boil. Add the onion, pepper and garlic to the beans. Cover, and simmer for 1 hour.Add the tomato sauce, oil, polska kielbasa and salt. Cover and simmer for another hour.
