Cook green beans according to package directions, drain.Melt margarine in dutch oven; add soup and cream cheese. Cook over low hear. stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in green beans, onion flakes, water chestnuts, garlic salt, pepper and shredded cheese. spoon mixture into 1-3/4 quart casserole dish. (You can top with buttered cracker crumbs but I did not calculate it in the nutritional info) Sprinkle with paprika.
