Serves 6 worth WW Plus points 3.

2 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
3/4 cup dried panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
2 Tbsp minced onion flakes
3/4 tsp table salt
2 sprays of cooking spray
1 1/2 lbs of fresh uncooked green beans, trimmed and cut in hal
1 lb thinly sliced button mushrooms

To make crubm topping, in a large, deep, nonstick skillet, over medium-low heat, melt 1 Tbsp of butter, add bread crumbs, onion flakes and 1/4 tsp sal. Increase heat to medium and cook, stirring often until lightly toasted about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside; carefully wipe skillet clean.
Coat skillet with cooking spray, place over high heat. Add green beans and mushrooms, saute until lightly golden and tender, about 5 minutes.
Add remaining tablespoon of butter and 1/2 tsp of sal to skillet; toss over low heat until butter is melted and misture is heated through. Transfter to a serving platter; spinkle with crumbs. Yield about 1 cup of vergtables and 2 Tbsp of crumbs per serving.
