2 cans garbanzo beans - undrained
1 can stewed tomatoes - undrained
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
7 oz can chopped green chiles
1 can white beans - drained and rinsed
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c water
Cilantro
Lime

Here is how you make Mexican Pork Stew with Garbanzo Beans and Green Chiles:

Makes approx 12 1-cup servingsCut pork into 3/4 inch pieces. Sprinkle with adobo and pepper. Heat oil in dutch oven. Cook onion until tender. Add garlic. Cook for about 1 min. Add pork to onions and garlic. Brown for 7-10 mins. Add sazon, sofrito, recaito and cumin. Let simmer for about 5 mins.Put 1 can garbanzo beans in blender/chopper with the juice. Blend until smooth. Add to pork mixture. Do the same with the can of stewed tomatoes. Add to pork mixture. Add rotel, chiles, 2nd can of garbanzo beans, white beans, spinach, cilantro and water to the pot.
