Here is how you make Old Country Pork and Green Beans (Makeover):

Spray pan with cooking oil, saute onions until tender. Add pork chops, season with pepper and cook 3-4 minutes per side on med heat. Add green beans and water, bring to boil then turn down to medium low and simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove meat and vegetables, measure 1 and 1/2 cups liquid. Discard the rest of the water. In half cup of cold water add gravy mix and stir until there are no lumps, then add to the reserved liquid in the pan and heat until thickened. Add meat and vegetables back to the pan and mix well so everthing is coated with gravy.
