I usually stick these in the oven with whatever the main course will be but you could also microwave them on high for ten minutes. NOTE: Worcester adds a small amount of high fructose corn syrup. If you are cutting sugar completely out, you might want to use soy sauce or beef consomme instead.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. In oven safe dish mix together tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard and molasses. Add the Stevia last a little at a time until desired sweetness. 3. Add drained and rinsed beans and stir gently. If necessary add a dash of hot water to achieve a good consistency. 4. Bake for 1 hour.
