This is from what I had in the kitchen to make a quick dinner. It's a very mild version of the true Cajun Red Beans & Rice. I'm sure my husband will add Tabasco. The sodium is high because of the Hillshire Farms Smoked turkey and the beans - substitutions may reduce that amount.
