Here is how you make Spicy Shrimp "Tacos" and Refried Beans:

Since i use frozen shrimp, first, thaw and remove tails. Marinate shrimp in siracha sauce and throw on the grill for a couple of minutes to warm (they are already cooked after all). Sautee onions with Pam non cook cooking spray until soft.Warm Refriend Beans on stove, stirring occanionally. Time for assembly. Lay out all 4 tortillas. Top each with 1 tbsp of sour cream, add lettuce, cheese, shrimp and onion. Top with salsa. Makes 2 "tacos" per person. Serve with 1/2 cup of the refried beans topped with 1 tbsp of sour cream.
