Preheat oven to 375?F. Cut the ends off of the spaghetti squash. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Drizzle each half with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place squash halves face down on greased baking sheet. Bake for 35 mins. or until tender. Remove from oven and cool. Scoop out squash into a large bowl. Set aside.2.
