1 avocado, peeled and seeded
juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup pico de gallo (or salsa, or chopped tomato and onion)
3 tsp taco seasoning (I make my own blend)
2 tbsp water
salt
pepper

Here is how you make Taco Beans:

1. In medium bowl dissolve taco seasoning in water. Add drained beans and pico de gallo. Stir well and heat in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes.2. Add avocado and lime juice.
