Here is how you make Turkish Green Beans:

Pour the oil olive in a frying pan along with 1 teaspoon of honey. Slice the onlion and mince or crush the garlic. Lightly carmelize. Blanch three or four fresh tomatoes. When the skin splits slightly remove from water. While the tomatoes are cooling wash and prepare the beans. And the beans to the onion mix, keeping the heat on a medium-low. Skin and cut-up the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes and salt to the bean mixture. Turn the heat to medium high. When the mixture starts to boil, cover, and reduce heat to low.
