Here is how you make Beef and Cabbage Lettuce Wraps:

Heat skillet. Add ground beef and garlic and brown meat. Take out and set aside. Put cole slaw mix, salt, pepper, cayenne and broth in skillet and cook until tender. Add beef and cilantro to skillet and cook for one minute on high heat. Remove. Stir in salsa, if desired. Spoon evenly into lettuce leaves and serve. Makes 4 servings.
