Drain. I'll quite often mix in Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, grilling spices and such at this stage.Stir in Tomato Sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Simmer while preparing dough.Combine sour cream, 1/2 of cheese, and egg in large bowl. Mix together.Place 8 of the biscuits on bottom of ungreased 8" square pan - I've had to use a larger glass pan often.Combine meat and cheese/sour cream mix.Spoon gently over top of biscuits.Cover mixture with remaining 8 biscuits.Top with remaining cheese.Bake at 375 for 25 - 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.I have found that covering it with aluminum foil for the first 15 minutes helps, and then removing it - and you may need to cook it a little longer.
