Here is how you make Beef and Mushroom Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute the mushrooms, retaining the liquid that is expelled. Combine liquid with enough milk to make 1/2 cup. Mix bread crumbs with the liquid mixture, salt & pepper, mustard, and Worchestershire sauce - allow to sit for 5 minutes. Add in the beef and 3 oz. of the mushrooms, mix well and form into loaf.
