Here is how you make Peppered Beef:

Serving size - makes about 4 good sized servings, about 1 cup each.Slice beef steak into thin strips. Place in non-stick frying pan (if you don't have non-stick, spray pan with pam first). Sprinkle with montreal steak spice and cook over medium heat until desired doneness. (you can cook on low heat longer for more tender meat).Add onion, green pepper and onion. Continue to simmer about 10 minutes or so. In the meantime in a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp of gravee mix powder with 1 tbsp of water. Make a paste, then add 1 cup of cold water to the paste.Add this gravee mix to the meat / veggie mix. Allow to simmer & thicken a few more minutes.
