3 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
3 mediium potatoes
2 medium onions
16 oz bag of fresh baby carrots
3 cups of mixed frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
5 cups of water


How Do I Make Beef Stew, Lots of Veggies?

Here is how you make Beef Stew, Lots of Veggies:

This is a crockpot recipe. Makes 6 serviings.Place stew beef into the crockpot. Get 3 cups of very hot or boiling water and add in 2 Tbsp of bouillon powder and mix well. Pour over the stew beef in the crockpot. Cook in crockpot for 1 hour on high. After 1 hour, cut up 3 mediium potatoes and 2 medium onions into bite-size pieces. Add the potatoes, onions, baby carrots, and frozen mixed vegetables to the crockpot. Get 2 cups of very hot or boiling water and add 1 Tbsp of bouillon and mix well, then add it to the crockpot and stir all ingredients well.
