The ingredients for My Beef Stew are:

2 TBSP olive oil
2 medium yellow onions , large chop
8 cloves fresh garlic, smashed and diced
3 cups fresh carrots, peeled - 1 cup finely diced, 2 cups sliced in disks.
4 TBSP FRESH rosemary , finely chopped
4 tsp pink salt
2 TBSP course ground black pepper
2 lbs small yukon creamer potatoes with skin cut in half, NOT boiled.
3 cups fresh green beans
2 cups red wine ( I used homemade wine )
1 cup flour
8 cups Kitchen Basics unsalted Beef Stock ( 2 containers)
2 TBSP Amore in tube tomato paste
2 cups fresh mushrooms rough chop
4.87 lbs beef stew meat- very lean


How Do I Make My Beef Stew?

Here is how you make My Beef Stew:

Place 1/2 cup flour in a large bowl, season with salt , pepper, garlic powder. Add meat - toss to coat.In a large stock pot, heat olive oil- medium high heat.Add meat and brown on all sides. remove from meat from pot . Add onion, garlic , 1 cup finely diced carrots. Saute until soft. Bottom of the pot will have wonderful brown bits... add 2 cups of wine and deglaze the pot. Add the remaining 2 cups of carrots, fresh rosemary, salt , pepper, to taste... add the meat back to the pot, add all 8 cups of the broth. Simmer 45 minutes. Add uncooked potatoes, and string beans. Simmer another 20 minutes. Remove about 2 cups of broth , place in a bowl and add the remaining 1/2 cup flour. Whisk until smooth and thick.
