Here is how you make Tina's Beef Stew:

Heat dutch oven. Spray with Pam and add onion and garlic to saute. When translucent, remove and set aside. Add ground beef and brown until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients except frozen peas. Simmer on low for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The last 10 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas.
