How Do I Make Beef and Vege Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Beef and Vege Stir Fry:

Chop vegetables and meat into bite size pieces. (Meat should be cut on a separate cutting board, and will be easier to cut and less dripping if you put in the the freezer for15 minutes before cutting it across the grain.)Heat 1 tbs coconut oil in a wok or large frying pan.When water sizzles when dripped into pan, add meat and garlic and stir until browned, 3-4 minutes. Remove meat if using a fry pan, or push to sides if using a large wok. Drain fat from pan if more than a tablespoon or two.Add vegetables to pan and stir 2-3 minutes, or until crisp-tender. The time may vary depending on the vegetables used.Add noodles directly from pouches (no need to precook). Stir under meat and vegetables, cover pan and allow to cook for a minute or two, until noodles soften and break apart when stirred.Add General Tsao sauce, stir to combine with meat, veges and noodles.
