Here is how you make Beef Stir Fry with Veggies:

Put veggies in a microwave bowl with the water and steam until soft (frozen 7 minutes, fresh 3 minutes). Drain and put to side.In a small bowl, make the sauce wtih stir fry sauce, soy sauce, red pepper and garlic. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook meat until it is cooked through (about 3 minutes). Remove from skillet and put aside.Put veggies into skillet and heat for 2 minutes. Add back meat into skillet. Add sauce into skillet. Heat through (about 1 - 2 minutes)Enjoy!Serves 4.
