1)Marnade meat for 30 mins. in half the orange juice, 2 garlic cloves and half the soy sauce.2) Brown Meat and onion in wok3) Add Mixed veg of your choice(mine are above)4) Mix the remainder of the marinade , The rest of the soy, the rest of the orange juice and the last 2 cloves together and add to wok as sauce.Serve with rice or noodles.
