Here is how you make Tabitha's Beef Stroganoff:

Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Dredge meat through flour and add to pan. Cook until browned. Remove from pan.Add 2-1/2 tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp olive oil, onions and mushrooms to pan. Saute until tender. Add cream of mushroom and beef broth. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes longer.
