Chop the onions, pepper, carrot, courgette into small pieces.Crush the garlic clove.Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion, oregano and garlic. Saute for 5 mins on medium heat.Add lamb mince and lightly fry until brown.Add carrots, courgette and green pepper.
