1. Heat oil in a heavy-based saucepan over medium heat.2.Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Cook until tender. 3. Add mince. Cook until browned. 4. Add tomato paste, pasta sauce, stock, wine, oregano, nutmeg, and salt and pepper. Mix well.5. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes or until thick. Season with salt 6. Cook and serve with pasta of your choice.Note: You can freeze this dish, great for left overs. You can also use the meat leftover for Lasagne. Just use left over meat between a couple of lasagne sheets, bechamel sauce poured on top. Cover and cook in oven for 30 mins. Serving Size:?4 Servings
