How Do I Make Dill Bread?

Here is how you make Dill Bread:

Soften yeast in warm tap water in a bowl; set aside.Heat cottage cheese and butter in microwave (50% power) until lukewarm. Stir to blend. Mix sugar, onion, dill seed and weed, salt and baking soda in large bowl. Add egg and mix well, then stir in yeast and cheese mixtures. Add flour all at once, mix well. Turn out dough on lightly floured surface and kneed until well blended (about 2 minutes). Grease bowl with canola oil (2 t), add dough (turning to cover all with oil), cover and let rise 45-60 minutes.Punch down dough and turn into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven @ 350? for 35 minutes.
