Here is how you make French Bread:

Place all ingredients, except flax seeds, in bread machine. Run dough cycle. When complete, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Divide in half. Roll each half into a 10 X 8 rectangle. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with long side; pinch seams to seal. Sprinkle a greased (olive oil) baking sheet with flax seed; place loaves seam side down on sheet.
