Mix dry ingriedents. Using a kitchenaid or other mixer with dough hooks, Add most of the water (hot). Continue mixing , adding water until a soft dough consistency is achieved. Doough should not be sticking to the sides of the bowl. Turn out of the bowl and knead on a floured surface unil elastic and smooth, Place in a greased bowl, cover with towels and let rise for 2 hours. Punch down by turning in the corners, turn over and cover again and let rise for 1 hour. Turn dough out of the bowl onto floured surface, cut into two pieces and let it rest for 5 min. Form loaves and place in either greased loaf pans or on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 2 hours. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake for about 45 min. or until a deep golden brown. let cool uncovered.
