2 Tablespoones plus 1 Cup old fashioned oatmeal
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 8 ounce cantaner nonfat plain yogurt
1 large egg
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 mild honey
3/4 cup nonfat milk

Preheat 375. Spray bread loaf pan with cooking spray. Sprinkly 1 T oats in pan.

Stir all dry ingredients together. Stir all wet ingredients together. Gently stir wet into dry mixture being careful not to overmix. Scrape into pan. pour 1 T oats on top.

Bake until browned on top 45-50 min. Let stand 15 min. scrap edges with butter knife and remove from pan.
