Here is how you make Irish Brown Bread:

1) Preheat the oven to 425.2) In a large bowl, mix together the flours, oats, wheat germ, baking soda and salt.3) Cut the butter into pieces then work evenly into the flour mixture with with a pastry blender, two knives or your fingers.4) Stir in the yogurt until blended. Turn the mixture out on a lightly floured surface. Knead for about minute, adding more flour as needed to keep it from sticking. (I use the whole wheat flour for this.)5) Roll the dough into a ball and flatten into a 7 inch disc. Cut a shallow X on top.
