Mix flour, sugar, yeast, water, and 2 Tbs oil. Mix dough until pliable. Knead dough on floured surface til smooth. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover, let rise until doubled (45min).Coat baking sheet with small amt of oil and gently press dough out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Brush small amount of oil on dough.
