2 oz. (1/2 cup) 2% cheddar cheese, shredded
1 oz. (1/4 cup) part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Here is how you make Breakfast Pizza:

1. Beat eggs, water and ground pepper together, set aside.2. Saute onions and bacon in large skillet over medium heat until onions begin to soften. Add egg mixture and cook thoroughly. Remove from heat. Crumble egg and set aside to cool.3. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and half & half. Heat in microwave for about 30 seconds, or until softened. Mix well.4. Spray pizza crust with olive oil cooking spray. Spread cream cheese sauce evenly over the top of the crust. Layer cooked egg mixture, then cheddar cheese, and finally mozzarella cheese over the sauce.5. Bake in pre-heated oven, at 400 degrees, for 12 minutes.
