Here is how you make Quinoa-Broccoli Pilaf:

Roast almonds for 10 min to roast them. In a medium sauce pan; Med. high heat, add quinoa and stir for 3-5 min, then add onion; cook until onion is opaque sirring constantly. Add 1.5 C water and bring to a boil, Cover and cook on medium until quinoa has absorbed most of the water. Add broccoli and cranberries, cook until broccoli and quinoa are tender, about 8-10 min. Remove from heat; add almonds and add desired amount of salt and pepper. Serve by itself or accompanied by grilled Talapia or other fish.
