Preheat oven to 375Place Fiber One in a plastic baggie or food processor and crush to breadcrumb consistency (can go finer if you like).Toss bite sized chicken pieces with Franks Red Hot Sauce, allow to rest in the sauce for a minute or so in order to absorb the flavor. Toss wet nuggets into the Fiber One to coat. Put as many nuggets at a time that you can so you can ensure that all pieces are coated before running out.Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Place nuggets on foil and put in oven- cook about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked, flipping half way through.
