Combine eggs, ground beef Worcestershire sauce and fresh spinach diced, bell peppers diced (if using fresh). Mix well Add the dry ingredients to the mix and smush (my word) with hands until well mixed. If too moist to stick add more bread crumbs a bit at a time. Form into 16 patties and place on a cookie sheet. Cover with foil and place in freezer for at least 2 hours. When frozen I pack them 4 burgers each into freezer baggies. Prepare as you normally would grill or pan fry - even bake!
