1 tsp Chipotla Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp oregano (optional)
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Chicken Stock

6 Lg Tortillas
4 green onions
6 oz Cheddar Cheese
6 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
12 tbsp Salsa
Plain toothpicks


How Do I Make Jills Tex-Mex Burritos?

Here is how you make Jills Tex-Mex Burritos:

Pre Heat oven to 350.degSpray a large 9 x 13 pan or larger with cooking spray.Brown meat in frying pain with oilve oil and garlic, add spices, mushrooms and red pepper and simmer till cooked about 10 min. Add tomatoes and chilis and cook another 5 min until thickened, add flour to thicken. Use chicken stock for cooking in place of extra fat if neededMicorwave the tortillas for 40 sec to make pliable, place one tortilla at a time in pan and fill with 1/2 cup of meat mix, sprinkle with 1/2 oz cheese and fold lenghtwise and then both ends to middle.
