Cook covered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.If liquid seems be be getting low, add another 2 oz. of red wine. Once ready sprinkle flour a little at a time and stir in, as this will help to thicken the juices. Ready to serve. Goes great with Schnitzel or European sausages or as a side dish to any meat dish.
