6oz NO yolk noodles
1/2 head of cabbage
4oz Velveeta cheese (i used Mexican style to add a little spice)
1 clove of garlic
2cups Caned sweet peas (i always rinse mine to get some excess salt off)
1/4-12 cup Skim Milk to thin out the Velveeta
dash of Ms. Dash table salt for cooking the cabbage in, to give it a little more flavor.

Here is how you make Left over Cabbage Recipe:

this is for Ovo-Lacto Vegetarians.serving size is 2cupsStart out by cutting the cabbage 1/2 into stips then seperate the strips. Then cook Cabbage in lage pot with a dash of Ms. Dash and about 4-5 cups of water. Start water and cabbage off on high heat for about 10 min. or untill cabbage wilts down a little, then reduce heat to a simmer (this may take anywhere from 30min to 60min dependeing on how small the strips of cabbage are.). Simmer cabbage untill tender, and drain. Then cook the noodles as directed. Melt down Velveeta in a sauce pan over mid to med-low heat untill there are no more lumps, and in about 1 clove of garlic. then slowly add skim milk to thin out the sauce. Put noodles, cabbage and cheese mixture together, combine and remain over low heat, last add seet peas and heat untill peas are warm.
