1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 jar Thai Kitchen red curry paste
1 can premium coconut milk
2 tbsp tamari
2 cups brown rice, cooked according to package directions

Here is how you make Cabbage and Pepper Thai Curry:

In a large bowl, combine TVP, broth, garlic powder and ground ginger. Set aside for 1 hour.Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the onion, ginger and garlic. Cook for 7-8 minutes, until the onions soften. Add the cabbage and bell pepper and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes. Add the TVP mixture, red curry paste, coconut milk, and tamari, stirring well.
