Wright applewood bacon -3 pan fried pieces cut up
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 2 clove chopped

Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
Water, 1/3 to 1/2 cup

Here is how you make Skillet Cabbage:

Cut up three slices of bacon and fry in a non-stick pan. Once, cooked, remove bacon and 1/2 of the grease from the pan. Sautee onions and garlic in remaining bacon grease until tender. Add cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and water. Stir until mixed well add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until tender.
